My Story

I love plants! I love to be out in nature with them, I love to photograph them, I love to cook with them and most of all I love to heal with them.

After many years in the academic world doing research and teaching I decided to make some changes. I needed balance, I needed calm, I needed my health back. For years I did not sleep, I was constantly stressed and anxious, then, I discovered my plant allies, in the form of their extracts like essential oils, hydrosols, butters and carrier oils. I found the ones that promoted sleep for me, the ones that calmed the chaos in my mind, the ones that supported my health and well being throughout every season.  We all have them, those plants and plant extracts that make us feel good, that ease pain, that support our health, and they are not always the same for each of us. I am dedicated to taking you through an aromatic journey that is as INDIVIDUAL as you are, to find those delightful aromas that help you to sleep, to find those essential oils and other plant extracts that relieve your pain and just make you feel wonderful.

I love to learn and nurture my curiosity about the therapeutic properties of plant extracts. I continue to upgrade my education and learn more so I can educate and serve you. I’m passionate about helping you to find your plant allies, that are unique to you, and teaching you how to use them safely and effectively.
